The Women of Earth is a global movement of Women graduating from Patriarchy, walking beyond the edge of modern civilization and inventing bridges to regenerative culture, Archiarchy, together.
As we leave behind the outdated thoughtware that has kept us in prisons, we enter a path of initiation to jack-into our inner and outer infinite resources. This path has no end, enlightment is not the goal.
When women wake up from dormancy, then naturally take radical responsibility for the visions of life-giving human cultures they envision.
The Women of Earth Movement is space for women to invent and empower each other to be what we want instead of surviving in ecocidal modern culture.

What is the Women of Earth Expanded Training?
An Evolutionary Training for Women Reclaiming Dignity, Aliveness, and Authentic Connection
If you are reading this message, you may be at a crossroads in your life where the pain of surviving in the current patriarchal system is no longer worth the cost. You are starting to realize that, for a long time, your heart has been breaking underneath the layers of comfort. You are beginning to notice that your relationships with other women are filled with competition and comparison, instead of empowerment and accountability. You want your life to mean more than simply surviving in modern culture, or measuring up to its evaluations of productivity, beauty, success and status.
A whisper inside tells you that something else is possible, but you do not know where to start. You long for a place where you can both relax your defenses and come alive in your wildness.
The Women of Earth is an invitation to become part of a new culture—a global movement of women stepping into Radical Responsibility for Life, uplifting one another and the non-material value we each uniquely hold.
We invite you into a path of Initiation, Creative Collaboration, and Empowerment—a journey to discover who you are outside the constructs of patriarchy and begin to create the culture you actually want to live in.
The Women of Earth Expanded Training is a 7-day residential training with 40 other women in the forests of West Virginia.
You are invited to join us to authentically grow up into Womanhood, heal your childhood wounds, and jack into your own inner and outer resources for creation. By learning to consciously feel, be unapologetically big, source generosity, and collaborate with other women, we call each other into dignity and aliveness.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Face into your inner Patriarchy, how you uphold it within yourself and others, and how to dismantle it to make space for your authentic presence
- Surface and heal old survival strategies, such as competition, comparison, judgment, self-doubt, and other forms of self-abuse
- Learn to source real intimacy with other women in Being-to-Being connection
- Shift out of victimhood and into Creation
- Go through Authentic Adulthood Initiations that empower you to take greater Responsibility for your life
- Discover how to collaborate and co-create with other women
- Learn to use your feelings, heart, soul, voice, and sensual radiance as powerful resources for creating a new culture for Gaia.
The Women of Earth Extended Training is for transformers, inventors, thinkers, feelers, healers, adulthood initiators, regenerative infrastructure builders, village weavers, evolutionaries, and culture designers holding space for each other and a new culture outside of Patriarchy. Over these 7 days, we will create a village as we discover what is possible when women meet one another with their hearts and souls out.
Experience being in a space of raw experimentation. Take off the masks and let your Being be radiant. Want things that have not yet existed. Take your next steps with a fierce team of loving women by your side.
Women are natural creators and collaborators. Let’s empower each other into a new regenerative Women’s culture, in service of Gaia and of Life. Together, we will explore innovative practices that foster deep connection and collective wisdom. Each day will present opportunities to share insights, challenge assumptions, and cultivate a sense of belonging. By the end of this transformative journey, you will emerge not only with new skills but also with a network of supportive sisters, ready to co-create a vibrant future.
