• Women carry seeds for projects that are in fact bridges to regenerative cultures. It is time for these seeds to sprout, but obsolete thoughtware often interferes.

    If you think, 'I need to have it all figured it out before I start', 'I do not know how it goes', 'I am alone'

    These patterns keep patriarchal structures in place.
    Something completely different from this is possible right now. The Women of Earth movement specializes in transforming old thinking and feelings patterns and weaving effective team collaborations.

    Each month we will select two or three women's projects to amplify. The projects we are looking for empower edgeworkers to reclaim their authority, regain their dignity, become the source-person of their life by exiting the Patriarchy, and occupying next culture.

    Projects range from training programs, half-way houses, single mom's centers, circles of women, permaculture projects, gameworld consulting, and more.

    In monthly online Project Empowerment meetings we distill next steps and immediately practice them.

  • Rules of Engagement

    The Women of Earth context is centered on Radical Responsibility, Nonmaterial Value and Authentic Adulthood Initiations. We will apply Archan thoughtware. Here are some basic distinctions that we live in and apply:

    • Feelings are for handling things. Emotions are for healing things, and are gateway for Emotional Healing Processes (EHP). Without going through EHP, the shape of your Being does not change, so you keep creating the same results in your life. We are attentive to Emotional Reactivity, and put it on the table so that Healing, Love and Connection can happen instead. A reminder that if you are having an Emotion you are not bad, you did not fail and you will not be punished. We simply notice the next stepping stone on your Path, and celebrate with you for being on Path and walking it with us.
    • Being in a position of Victim, Persecutor or Rescuer is Low Drama. Being in Low Drama is NOT bad, again it does NOT mean that you have fail and that you will be exile. Being in Low Drama is a strategy that you have found instead of experiencing the intensity of Responsibility and Aliveness. In Low Drama, the only thing happening is your Gremlin is getting fed. If you are in Low Drama, you have put yourself there. Things change when you exit Low Drama. We have discovered many Possibilities to exit Low Drama that we will share with you. However, only you can choose to exit or stay in Low Drama. Nobody can do it for you.
    • You have a Box (your comfort zone). You are not your Box. You have a Gremlin (your defensive and offensive survival strategy). You are not your Gremlin. We will not battle with your Box or Gremlin. Instead we will distinguish them so we can talk to something else: your Being. We want to be with your Being, the thing that is longing for Love, Possibility, Empowerment, Presence, Commitment and Teamwork.

    This clarity has been tried and evolved for decades, and it has proven to create enough safety for your Being to emerge through your ordinary survival behaviors.

    Practicing with how to make contact, and stay in contact when introducing your gameworld to other edgeworkers. The practice is not for a worktalk environment, it is for a 'introduce your work to strangers'.

    What kind of women do I want to have around me? How can I invoke these qualities in the women around me? How do I create the village of women that I have always longed for?

    @VeraLuisaFranco clearly indicated that the qualities that we long for are already inside of us and inside of those women around us, but we have pretty bad stories about ourselves, about women and women circle.

    Then, it is up to us to call forth something new in each other so that they culture we do long for, exist in reality, in between us and our relationship and collaboration.

    We research the distinction between holding your project as an image and holding the experiental sensation of what you want to create before it comes into words or pictures. The experiential reality of your project becomes your compass to create your project NOW and HERE in each moment, whoever is around you. Consider that whoever is around you is on your Team. You do not get to choose your Team. ECCO chooses your Team, but you get to decide how you make use of the crazy intelligence of the misfit around you to serve your project.

    Our call yesterday centered on 'how do I start my project?'. In reality, there is no 'how', only 'Go! Start!'.

    Then we hit the real question 'Start what?'.

    Start by opening at least one door for people to encounter you and others for what you really need right now.

    Women's Project Empowerment Call #7

    Yesterday was about being Generous with ourselves by being in the world through Experiential Reality instead of Verbal Reality, i.e. analysis or criticism or planning or trying to fix ourselves.

    The discoveries were amazing. Our 5 bodies Experiential Reality has all the information we need to take our next step in our projects and relationship, whether it is healing, a shift of space, negotiation or a new relationship to the world.

    Our project is not something outside of ourselves, it is the web of relating with the people attracted by our value.

    The hint is that the answer to these three questions: "What do I want to exist in the world?" "What facet of humanity am I holding space to develop?" and "What do I need right now?" are the same. The answer is what you are ready to start now.

    We offered possibilities about what that could look like: a weekly meeting (eg. Possibility Team or SPARK Study Group or...), a monthly weekend day together, a daily practice (such as Heart Gym). Any of these are doors for people to connect around your urgency to which they have resonance. There is massive necessity for connection and transformation, what is needed are spaceholders for Archan Villages to come together around those necessity. You are one of those spaceholders.

    I share the story of a woman on Humans of New York. This woman started a Growness: a village of new moms without knowing it was "her" project. She just started, even when nobody showed up to the first meeting, she kept going. The best part started when they stopped inviting experts and just met among moms.     Her story is the simplest way to describe how an Archan Village starts, outside of a hierarchy, outside of institutions - corporation - government who have their own agenda (which is as odd with us getting our authority back), outside of the grip of an external authority figure.     Women's Project Empowerment Call #8

    The land holds a heartbreaking beauty that pulled the old Gods and Goddesses to appear here in their many shapes. Function follows form. This got me thinking. If I shape myself in a form attractive to the Archetypal, I might entice it to bless me with its intense caress of Love and its unshakable clarity of empowerment.

    What if I can shape an entire gameworld in such attractive form? What if I can remind my fellow women that their natural shape is one that the Archetypal cannot resist? What if I interact with my sisters as if they were already so irresistible? Wouldn't that be quite something?

    A longing for "More" is a call towards the Archetypal. "More" does not come from other people meeting you where you want them to be. "More" comes from allowing yourself the Radical Love of Consciousness pour through you. The bigger vacuum you create, the more life will be sucked into your wake.

    We started defining new Archetypal Conversations in addition to the Possibility Lab process of the Archetypal Women - Men Conversation (The Masculine encountering the Feminine for her to heal). Archetypal Conversations are first meant as a profound healing to complete, integrate and place in the past a Low Drama that has lasted for hundred or thousand of years. We are talking here about the abuse of men on women, but also the abuse of white people on black and indigenous people during colonization time. Yesterday the conversation centered on the Jewish / Arab, Israeli / Palestinian war extending to any conflict (Russia / Ukraine and more) happening now on Planet Earth.

    What if instead of having Women and Men healing, we would bring Women and Women raging, grieving, completing their abuse with each other? Maybe at the end, they would stand panting, staring at each other, both side with their heart crack-opened and be able to truly SEE that the Women across from them are EXACTLY like them: Women, in pain, feeling, loving fiercely, and wanting to heal, but who also just like them have let their children being caught in the crossfire of psychopathic warmongers. Could this happen? Could Women meet beyond the bounds of their patriarchal identities? I think it could. I think women can do this.
